6. The legal bases for the processing of your personal data are:

b. Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, since such processing is necessary for the purposes arising from legitimate interests which are:
o Establishment, exercise and defense of potential legal claims;

c. Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR for the purpose of the implementation of legal obligations imposed on the data controller.
