SPECIALISES IN DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE LEGAL SECTOR. Optimization and automation have been on my mind even before I entered the legal profession, in Law School. I have been also always interested in technologies. Gradually and naturally, I started connecting the two worlds and having an urge to innovate and modernise the law practice, so that it can better serve the needs of modern clients. I launched two legaltech startups, the last one recently acquired by Wolters Kluwer.

TAUGHT AND TRAINED BY THE LEADING MINDS IN THE INDUSTRY. I hold a PhD from the Sorbonne Law School, where I also obtained a Master’s degree in International Transactions and Taxation. I also did postgraduate studies in Business. Living in numerous countries and at the heart of innovation, Paris, has allowed me to participate in various working sessions, and attend multiple conferences and seminars. It has given me an opportunity to learn from and discuss with the world-recognized experts in the field. I believe in life-long learning, therefore I am a part of several Legal Innovators’ initiatives, such as the Global Legaltech Consortium, or a co-chair of Legaltech Board at AIJA.

AFTER 'HOURS'? Passionate about sports, cuisine and cinema. I hang out with my friends, who become my clients, and refer their clients. My clients become my friends, and refer their friends, who become my clients. 

PRACTICED IN PRESTIGIOUS ENVIRONMENTS. As a lawyer, I worked for EU institutions in Brussels and Luxembourg, as well as top law firms in Paris and Valencia (Spain). In order to better understand company’ needs, I occupied private and public functions as a legal advisor for cross-border operations. Working as a legal counsel allowed me to understand business legal issues from all possible perspectives and now provide value adding additional component: innovation and technology.  

ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT. 100% MILLENIAL. Being a part of the entrepreneurial system makes me understand its needs very well. I have founded and successfully managed numerous entrepreneurial and associative initiatives. Each time, I faced and found ways to overcome culture and administrative barriers. I take advantage of the technology and believe in the potential of the millennial generation I belong to.
